How do i install your Kontakt libraries?
Please note that you need the full retail version of Kontakt to use our kontakt libraries and that
These won’t appear within Kontakt’s libraries tab.
Instead, you can manually load them through your file browser.

  1. Download your product from our website.
  2. Find the instrument within the Files tab of Kontakt. This should be the file location where you downloaded the instrument.
  3. Double-click the instrument to open, or drag and drop it into Kontakt.

You can also open an instrument by double-clicking the .nki file within your computer’s file browser. Doing that will automatically open up Kontakt.

How do i install Asgard Sampler (VST)?

  1. Download your product from our website.
  2. Extract the compressed file with “Winrar” or similar to your VST folder for either 32 or 64bit. It is important not to change the file structure
  3. Make sure that your DAW has access to your VST folder.

You should now be able to scan or find Asgard sampler in your DAW.
4. Insert serial/license key that you have received in your confirmation email

My downloads are slow or broken?
If your file download through our customers area is slow, please note that you’ll also receive a download URL via email after purchase for added convenience. These are hosted by WeTransfer

Does all of your products support both MAC & Windows?
Please note that some of our products differ in compatibility.
Before you make a purchase, please read the description of the product to make sure that your operating system is supported.

  • All of our kontakt libraries are supported on MAC & Windows.
  • Most of our new and upcoming plugins and samplers are supported on both MAC and Windows.

What is your refund policy?
To request a refund, please send us an email. However, if you choose to download, activate, or authorize the product within 14 days of purchase, you forfeit your right to a refund.


  • Where the serial has been registered/activated, the product has been used and is displaying no signs of technical fault. At Frostwave Audio we sell a range of different products with varying registration/activation methods. Once the product has been registered, activated or if downloading has commenced, you will not be able to receive a refund under any circumstances (unless the product is faulty or not fit for use, in which case you have the right to have your product repaired or replaced). Fully functioning products where no license is required are also non-refundable.
  • Products that were purchased in an incorrect format for your system. At Frostwave Audio we clearly state on all product pages the relevant information, in regards to a product’s system requirements. . Customers bear the responsibility to have the correct knowledge of the minimum product system requirements.

Are your sample packs & sounds royalty free?
Yes. You have a royalty-free license for every sound or sample pack that you download from Frostwave Audio. Please be aware that most distributors still require you to disclose the use of any licensed third party materials in your content, even if they are royalty-free.
